I got a surprise today in my email. I received a notice that my sculpture, Antonio, was accepted into the upcoming Gilda Snowden Memorial Exhibition at the Scarab Club. I wasn’t expecting to hear the results until Friday so it was a great surprise this morning. This is the first show at the Scarab Club, I have entered before but these shows are very competitive.

In addition to the show at the Scarab Club, I have two other shows upcoming at the War Memorial – My Favorites with the Lakeside Palette Club and Welcome to Detroit with the GPAA. So far that’s six shows this year. Not a bad start for me.
