Today was my mom’s moving day, so I was helping her for most of the day. I packed up all my supplies in case there was down time during the day to get some painting done. As it turned out I never even pulled them out of the car. I didn’t feel like unpacking them just to repack the supplies tomorrow morning for my sister’s move day. So it was a perfect day to play with some of my photos.

I was thinking of making a photo of some of the important women in my life, but I couldn’t narrow down that group to a workable amount. I decided to pivot and work on a self portrait. I am who I am thanks to the influence of all the incredible women in my life. Thank you all for shaping me into the person I am today.
