Today I felt like playing with strong vertical lines. I free hand my lines so they at not perfect, and I am too impatient to measure anything out so my reflections are just eyeballed. Once again, I was attempting to paint up something that would be a quicky and end up spending hours on it.

And apparently I can’t type today. I apologize in advance if I’ve missed any typos. I type, then look back and my autocorrect had added random words all over the place.

Today I attended an Artist to Artist talk with some of my fellow artists in the Welcome to Detroit Show. It was nice talking with fellow artists and hearing about their process in making their art. I’m going to try and incorporate some of what I learned today into some future projects.
