We had another rainy morning today- I predict the May flowers will be fabulous this year! I spent the night at my mom’s house last night and as I was leaving for church this morning I was struck with the beauty and vibrancy of the neighbor’s tulip garden even when everything else was dark and grey and wet. As I was driving I didn’t take a photo but I knew that I wanted to use that as my inspiration for tonight’s artwork. I did something a little different in this painting from the others in the orange ink series.
