Today was a hot day for this time of year, and as we didn’t yet turn the ac on for the year, it was also hot inside. The humidity from the rain didn’t help at all. I have broken down and turned the air on but it is still over 80 in the house right now. I got glutened a few days ago and am still dealing with the extra inflammation and swelling, so the heat is making me feel pretty miserable.

I decided to take these hot sticky feeling s and incorporate them into my art today.

While I was working on these images, I plugged my phone in to charge, but it wouldn’t charge because the device is too hot. that was the thing that finally convinced me to switch on the central air.
