Today is was the first full day of Mom and Son week for me and my youngest. We were invited up to meet our friends at the Metro Park and what a beautiful day it was! A little windy, but the sky was amazing and the jets from the Air Show were flying right overhead.

I didn’t have my camera ready but one of the jets flew low and loud right over head. It was exhilarating! I’ve taken the kids to the last few air shows, but this was way better for my youngest as he doesn’t particularly like loud noises and crowded places. Watching the jets from the park was way more his speed.

He loves posing for me so I got some great pictures of him. I love the reflectiveness of his glasses. I may just use one of these for a reference photo for a painting to practice reflective surfaces.
