Today was a beautiful sunny day; not too warm, not too cool. A nice breeze, but not so much as to keep us on shore. We had another busy day spent mostly out of the house.

We took my mother-in-law to her radiation treatment and I took some pictures of the roses and hydrangea in bloom in their gardens. Then my son had a dentist appointment, after which we went straight to my mom’s for an afternoon boat ride- our first of the summer. Once back to shore we had a little visitor- a red admiral butterfly! He was a brave and persistent little guy. He really liked the boat, and let me get really close to take some pictures.

Tomorrow is going to be another busy day out and about. We need to take the car in for an oil change and ac repair, then it’s the LPC paint-out at the zoo, and then pottery at Anton.
