Today’s prompt of remote conjured an image of a secluded lake. I decided that I wanted to do the sketch and then go over it with watercolor later, so I chose to do it on my watercolor paper. Unfortunately the combination of the paper and copic pen I chose really soaked into the paper. It was hard to get a light line. Also my shoulder was not quite in alignment so it would twitch every so often further challenging me to draw light, even lines.

For my photo a day, I was amused by the patterns which appeared in my paint palette wells after the paint dried from yesterday’s watercolor painting. It looks like a bird to me.
