Today I only had time for a quick pear sketch in my sketchbook, because an idea popped into my brain this morning and I’ve been trying to write down as many ideas as I have before it starts to fade. I don’t necessarily want to work on this project now, since I have an idea for a play that I’m itching to write. But maybe after that I’ll go back and read all my notes for this and either run with it, or just wonder what I was thinking. It could go either way.

I was thinking of a half hour comedic show that involves religion, history and archaeology, thievery and other antics. With a season long arc, and an interesting, diverse cast of characters. I even wrote up a rough outline for the pilot episode. And a few comic line of dialogue (at least funny to me.)

I’ve been thinking so much about it today that I wonder if it’ll fill my dreams tonight. Sometimes I dream up entire stories at night.
