Today was a good day at the clay studio, my wizard gnome and whole shebang of buttons I made were ready to take home. I’ll be bringing them back this Saturday for the holiday pop up at East Side Clay. I’ll have nesting nativities, ugly face vases, face sculptures, watercolor paintings and more.

After glazing the bisque snowman I still had plenty of time for new pieces. I made a large succulent, some owl and bird figurines, a cat dish and a heart dish, a pinch pot bowl.

It is unlikely that anything I make from here on out will be fired until after the new year. So now I’m looking forward to Valentine’s Day and Easter for inspiration for some future projects.
