While today was a creative day, we had our family PowerPoint presentation night, I didn’t get to work on my art until quite late. My oldest two are leaving tomorrow to spend a week with friends up in Oscoda. The were both excited and super chatty- especially my son. Some days he doesn’t say hardly two words, but tonight is not one of those days. It’s good to see them excited, although we will miss them when they are gone.

For my PowerPoint presentation I ran out of time to make paintings for each of my slides, so I used generative ai for my graphics. All but one turned out pretty decent, but I struggled to get all my elements into the final image- the best had was one with a horse with no head and a second horse with three front legs. It was very amusing. It has been a while since I last used ai in this fashion and although it is still quite limited I think it is improving. I gave my portal image a Reflected Light treatment, and I like it even better.
