I had some great ideas bouncing around in my head earlier today, but I didn’t write them down in my notebook or on my phone app so now they are eluding me. I think my coughing is jostling my brain a wee too much. I’m hopeful that it’ll come back to me tomorrow after a good nights sleep. As I was getting stressed over trying to remember, I told myself to relax and not be so crabby. That made me chuckle and inspired me to sketch a little crab for tonight’s art.

When I was a teen we had a field trip sailing on a schooner on the Chesapeake. As part of the educational program they taught us about crabs and we learned how to tell the sex of the crabs- boy crabs have the Washington Monument on their undersides and girl crabs have the Capitol. I’m great entertainment at a fancy crab dinner- lol.
