My cat was staring at me intently this afternoon and I had plenty of time to take a picture. Even after manipulating the photo with the stained glass effect you can see the intensity of his gaze. My Wednesday afternoon and evening plans were all canceled due to the impending winter storm we are getting. They already called school off for the morning. I stocked up on fresh veggies for our meals the next few days in case it’s too nasty to go out, but for the last few storms, they were far less impactful than predicted. The bulk of the snow will be falling between 1-3 so I’ll find out when I get up with my husband at 6. He parked at the base of the driveway so it will be easier to shovel him out in the morning. Anything to make the morning smoother.

My blue shop towels came today, but my suddenly open evening was quickly filled with Sea of Thieves with my sons. I have a feeling I’ll be spending much of the next six days playing this game. It’s a nice change from Terraria, but I hope that we can balance the video games with other things like art and writing.
