The weather is getting warmer here in Michigan and in a few weeks my family will be heading up for family camp. Roasting marshmallows over the campfire is a favorite evening activity for us all. I love watching the flames dance, although the smoke always seems to drift in my direction.

Yesterday I mentioned how I was debating between birthday candles and a camp fire. Today the campfire was most interesting to me. I just painted this from my imagination but I’ll definitely have to bring my paints to the campfire when we go up.
