Mmm. These puffy tacos that I painted are making me hungry for El Charro’s. They have the best puffy tacos. And of course they are what I immediately imagined when I read today’s challenge prompt – Tacos.

I consider myself fortunate in the Mexican food scene here in St. Clair Shores. We have an El Charro’s with a drive through window on Harper for a quick meal of their signature taco, and if you head north on Harper to Crocker in Mt Clemens you’ll find Paco’s. I get the cheese enchiladas from Paco’s every time! They use Munster cheese and it is amazing.
